Cinnamon Toast Crunch Treats

OK, so I know I promised healthier recipes. Although I am cooking a lot healthier, I make these dishes when I get home from work when it is pitch black out so I haven't been able to photograph-my skills without natural light are not quite up to par yet.

However I did make this sweet treat during the day for some coworkers since work is extremely stressful right now. These are delicious. Sometimes I think I almost prefer marshmallow + cereal over milk + cereal. At least with the sweeter cereals.
I'm kind of addicted to making these sweet treats...check out these, and these, oh and don't forget about these (my fav).  They are so easy to make and such a crowd pleaser.

Cinnamon Toast Crunch Treats

Ingredients
4 Tbsp (1/2 stick) of butter
1 bag of mini marshmallows
~6 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch (I prob put about 7 but 6 works)

Directions
1. Melt butter on low/medium heat in a pot and the stir in  marshmallows until everything melted together
2. Remove from heat and stir in cinnamon toast crunch until fully coated and press into prepared (sprayed with PAM,cooking spray, butter, etc) pan and let cool
3. After about 1 hour cut into squares and enjoy (I like to put it in the fridge)! Store in an air tight container for about 3 days.
